Ingredients
12graham crackers
2cupsmini marshmallows
¾cupbutterlightly salted
¾cuplight brown sugarpacked
1tspground cinnamon
1tsppure vanilla extract
1cupsliced almonds, toastedor use pecans or walnuts
1cupflaked coconut
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
Line a 15x10x1 pan with foil. Place graham crackers in a single layer in the pan. You can use a different size pan, but the 12 graham crackers fit just about perfectly in this one.
Sprinkle marshmallows over graham crackers.
In a saucepan, melt brown sugar, butter, and cinnamon together, and cook over medium heat until the butter is melted and the brown sugar is dissolved. You don't need to bring it to a boil; we're not making candy.
Remove mixture from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
Pour or spoon the brown sugar mixture evenly over the graham crackers.
Sprinkle almonds and coconut over the top of the graham crackers.
